Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your TVSleeve. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@tvsleeve.com with your order number

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or altered covers

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items (if marked as such)

Fit & Compatibility

  • TVSleeve covers are designed to fit specific TV sizes

  • Please confirm your TV’s size and dimensions before ordering

  • Returns due to incorrect size selection may be subject to return shipping fees

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost
