Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, TVSleeve is not responsible for lost or delayed packages

• If an issue occurs, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable
